LAND SELECTION
Whether you have already purchased a lot or you are just beginning your search for the perfect site in and around Collingwood or Blue Mountain, L. Patten & Sons can help you select the perfect setting for your new home.
We will be happy to consult with you while you search for property and will lend our experience in evaluating land suitability if you have a specific design in mind.
DESIGN
We will meet together to discuss ideas, dreams, and your budget.
The next step is to meet with our designer - an experienced draftsman - to discuss preparing preliminary drawings to your specifications.
These drawings will be reviewed and reworked as needed to ensure your total satisfaction with the final product.
BUDGET
Development of a budget involves working with us to determine the level of interior and exterior detail that your new home will showcase.
Details such as stone versus wood siding, or hardwood versus tile are determined at this stage. This is important information in developing an accurate budget.
Once specifications have been determined, pricing is confirmed by our experienced sub-contractors and suppliers.
CONSTRUCTION
From the building permit to completion, you can expect quality workmanship, daily on-site supervision, personal involvement, and open communication and flexibility that afford you the opportunity to modify your home as it evolves.
You will be guided through the process of making selections for all internal and external home materials, colours, and design elements.
POSSESSION
L. Patten & Sons is a proud member of the Tarion New Home Warranty Program, ensuring your investment is protected from the time of deposit to possession and beyond.
Prior to your possession date, you will meet with the us on site to do an inspection of the home. Warranties, service call schedules and operation of systems within your home will be reviewed with you, resulting in peace of mind and a smooth transition into your new home.
